1) Public Comment,
2) Discussion and
possible action on minutes of June 8, 2010,
3) Discussion and
possible action on financial reports,
4) Audit committee
to convene to review District’s annual audit and the financial status,
5) Discussion and
possible approval of the 2008-2009 Audit,
6) Update the Board
on proposed DFCs for the Edwards, Hensel, Marble Falls, Ellenburger and Hickory
aquifers in the Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District (Gillespie
County),
7) Receive public
comment on proposed DFCs for the Edwards and Hensel aquifers,
8) Discussion and
possible action on selecting proposed DFCs for the Edwards and Hensel aquifers
in Gillespie County to submit to GMA 7 for final adoption,
9) Update the Board
on the monitoring program,
10) Future
consideration of board agenda items,
11) Adjourn

At
any time during the meeting and in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes, Annotate, the Hill Country
Underground Water Conservation District Board may meet in executive session on
any of the above agenda items for consultation concerning attorney-client
matter (§551.071); deliberation regarding real property (§551.072);
deliberation regarding prospective gift (§551.073); personnel matters (§551.074);
and deliberation regarding security
devises (§551.076). Any subject
discussed in executive session may be subject to action during an open meeting.
