TO: Members of the Board of Directors of the Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District: Voy Althaus, James Barnhouse, Alton Klier, Harold Sohner and Vaughn Usener

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at the District Office, 508 South Washington, Fredericksburg, Texas.

The agenda will include:

1) Public Comment,

2) Discussion and possible action on minutes of March 11, 2008,

3) Discussion and possible action on financial reports,

4) Discussion and possible action on the water availability requirement for the proposed Johnson Subdivision located on Hwy. 2721,

5) Review and possible action on the water availability study for the proposed Saddle Brook Subdivision located on Hwy. 1631, approximately 5 miles east of Fredericksburg,

6) Audit committee to convene to review District’s annual audit and the financial status,

7) Discussion and possible approval of the 2006-2007 Audit,

8) Discussion and update on 2007 permit over pumpage

9) Discussion and possible action on amending the District Rules,

10) Update the Board on the monitoring program,
